Hans Badenhorst is the Sole Propietor and founder of the firm J.J. Badenhorst & Associate Attorneys. He commenced his articles at the end of 1973 in Roodepoort. He is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and was admitted as an Attorney on 10 May 1978 after having obtained degree/s from the University of Pretoria.He is widely experienced in law.

Phyllis Lombard is practicing as a professional assistant. Petri Ernst is an admitted attorney practicing as a professional assistant at the firm. He was admitted as an Attorney on 9 September 2013.
